Hoptane IPA  6.8%  25 IBUs

A hop forward west coast style IPA brewed with 3 varieties of hops (Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra). Fermented with a traditional English yeast to promote clean malt flavors. A true representation of a classic American beer style.

(Nitro) Craven Oatmeal Stout  5.5%  21 ibus

A great representation of a longtime favorite, this sweet stout starts with a base of Pilsner malt and builds into rich layers of chocolate and subtle hints of coffee. Dark and roasty in appearance but smooth and approachable, it’s the perfect companion as the days grow colder. A generous addition of fresh oats lends a creamy body, while a touch of Cascade hops adds a gentle, balancing bitterness. This year’s version is served on nitro, giving it an ultra-smooth pour and cascading head that’s as inviting as a crackling fireplace. Pull up a chair and enjoy a pint — comfort never tasted so good.

Belgian Abbey  7.3%  16 IBUs

Born in the wooded hills above Seneca Lake, this Abbey-style Dubbel is a tribute to the quiet devotion of centuries-old monastic brewing. A rich and reverent nod to tradition. Brewed with dark candi sugar, noble hops, and a monastic yeast strain to evoke the sacred flavors of centuries-old brewing. Notes of dark fruit, fig, and toasted caramel.

Oktoberfest  5.3%  15 IBUs

German festive lager brewed with traditional Munich and Vienna malts, give this a bright golden color. Fermented cold with German Lager yeast. It has a clean, rich, toasty and bready malt flavor, restrained bitterness, and semi-dry finish that encourages another drink.
